Project brief

Submitting the Contact form sends your name, email, optional organisation, selected service and message through a Cloudflare endpoint and Resend to ARVIGON’s Zoho Mail inbox at info@arvigon.com. Your email is used as the reply address. Cloudflare uses your IP address and a hash of your email to limit repeated requests. Inquiry text is not saved in browser storage. The separate Pricing project brief can still be prepared locally, copied or downloaded. Hosting and email providers process requests and messages under their own settings; this application does not set their retention periods.

Copying & downloading

Copying places the brief on your device’s clipboard when permitted. Downloading saves a text file to your device. You control where those copies are stored and whom you share them with.

Website interactions

Menu states, orbital controls and illustrative demonstrations use temporary browser state. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts are included in this application.

When you choose a language, the website sets a functional cookie named arvigon_locale to remember your preference and use an available translation of the page. It has a one-year lifetime (Max-Age=31536000), applies across the website (Path=/), uses SameSite=Lax and is marked Secure on HTTPS. It does not store your inquiry draft.
