OUR SERVICES

What Should We Build for You?

At ARVIGON, we design and develop websites and online stores, build custom web applications, and create mobile apps for iOS and Android. We work with individuals and businesses, whether they have a detailed project in mind or simply a problem that existing tools haven't solved. We can also connect new software with the systems you already use, making everyday work easier to manage. Once your project is launched, we're available for maintenance, updates, and technical support whenever you need us.

03 — Website Design & Development

Website Design & Development

A strong foundation for your business.

Someone visiting your website should quickly understand what your business offers, see the work you do and know how to get in touch. We build websites with that in mind, making sure the experience works just as well on a phone or tablet as it does on a computer. For a new website or a redesign, we start by looking at what visitors need to find. We then organise the content, plan the navigation and make it straightforward for someone to go from learning about your business to sending an enquiry. Accessibility, page loading speed and a structure that search engines can understand are part of the development process. We can also build the site in multiple languages and take care of ongoing maintenance if those are part of your requirements.

A business website could bring services, project examples and a clear enquiry process together, with content your team can keep up to date.

04 — E-commerce Development

E-commerce Development

Built for real business growth.

Customers should be able to find a product, explore their options and place an order without having to figure out how the store works. We design and build e-commerce websites with clear product pages, straightforward navigation and a checkout that fits the way you sell. On your side, there are product options to organise, payment and delivery arrangements to consider, and orders to manage. We help you work through those details and connect the store to stock records or other business tools where needed. Whether you're selling a small collection or managing a larger catalogue, the store is built around your products and how you fulfil orders.

A retailer could manage product availability, receive paid orders and keep customers informed as their purchase is prepared and dispatched.

05 — MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

Maintenance & Support

Keep your systems reliable and up to date.

Once a website or application goes live, someone needs to keep it updated, fix problems and make changes as requirements evolve. We maintain and improve the websites and applications we build, and we can also take over maintenance of existing websites developed by other teams. If you already have a website developed by someone else, we can take over its maintenance and improve what is there. Before taking responsibility, we look at how the existing site is built, what needs attention and which changes can realistically be made. The scope of work, responsibilities and response arrangements are agreed in advance. For projects we develop, you can choose to keep us involved after launch or have your own technical team take over. If you prefer a handover, we agree on the documentation, access and maintenance responsibilities before delivery, so it's clear who will be looking after the system.

What Could We Build for Your Business?

Not every business problem calls for a separate application. Sometimes one part of the work needs attention; sometimes several connected activities would be easier to manage together. The examples below show what custom software can be built to handle. They aren't separate consulting services or ready-made products. Depending on how your business operates, we can combine the functions you need in one application or connect them to tools you already use.

Team Management

When a manager assigns a job, the person carrying it out needs to know what's expected, when it's due and where to find the relevant details. The manager, meanwhile, needs to see how work is progressing, who is responsible and whether anything requires attention. A shared application could bring assignments, schedules and responsibilities into one place. Jobs can be allocated, progress followed and completed work recorded without everyone needing access to the same information. Permissions can reflect each person's role, giving employees and managers the parts of the system relevant to their work.

Invoices & Expenses

Receiving an invoice is often the beginning of a process rather than the end of one. It may need checking, approval, supporting documents or confirmation of payment. When those records are scattered across folders, emails and different systems, establishing what's been approved or paid can take more effort than it should. A custom application could keep invoices, expenses and their supporting documents together, record approval stages and track payment status. Relevant information could also be prepared for your existing accounting tools. Before defining how any of this works, we establish the financial procedures, reporting requirements and responsibilities with the people who manage them.

Reports & Analytics

Which orders are still waiting to be completed? How much work has been finished? How long are particular jobs taking? These are the kinds of questions a reporting system should help answer without someone having to piece the information together manually. Using records already created through everyday work, an application could show outstanding orders, completed jobs and time spent on individual activities. Filters would let users examine the information they need, while exports could make it available elsewhere. Before deciding what belongs in a report, we establish what each figure means and which business decisions it needs to support. There is little value in displaying numbers simply because they can be measured.

Workflow Automation

A customer request is accepted. Someone creates a job, passes the details to the right team and makes sure the next task is ready. Each step may be straightforward on its own, yet the process becomes harder to follow when progress depends on people remembering every handover. An application could handle the routine parts of that sequence: create a job when a request is accepted, notify the responsible team and prepare the next task. We define the conditions that trigger each action, the exceptions that need attention and the points where approval is required. The purpose is to reduce repetitive work without taking decisions away from the people responsible for making them.

System Integrations

An order placed through an online store may also need to appear in a stock system, reach the people preparing the delivery and be visible to someone answering a customer enquiry. When those tools operate separately, staff can end up entering, checking or correcting the same order details more than once. Connecting the systems could allow relevant order updates to pass between the store, stock records and customer portal without repeated manual entry. What can be connected depends on the interfaces each system provides. We examine those interfaces, the necessary access permissions and how unsuccessful exchanges should be handled before agreeing on the integration. That way, the connection is defined around the information that actually needs to move between systems.

Tell us what you have in mind.

You might have a detailed idea, or simply know what's not working. You don't need to arrive with the answer. We'll help you work out what needs to be built, which parts deserve attention first and how to take the project forward.
